What to prep before the session?

For you to enjoy this optimal experience, we suggest that you arrive 10mins earlier. This will give us time to settle in with a calming drink and center your energy.

After Reiki Healing

After a Reiki session, you may experience what is known as purging or detox symptoms. This is a natural part of the healing process, where your body and energy field release stored emotions, toxins, or energetic blockages. While it may feel unexpected, these sensations are a sign that deep healing is taking place.


Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins and support the body’s cleansing process.

Rest and Be Gentle with Yourself: Allow time to rest and integrate the healing. Your body knows what it needs.

Practice Grounding: Spend time in nature, walk barefoot, or take a salt bath to help stabilize your energy.
